How to prepare monkey tissue for western blot for seeing the Mu opioids receptor protein?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to do the Western Blot for looking over Mu opioid receptor protein. I am unable to find the suitable article/protocol to do that. I am wondering is there anyone who can really help me with that.
