We're trying to isolate primary intestinal epithelial cells from 13 days old Balb/c mice.

Although our protocol allows us to efficiently isolate them with minor fibroblast contamination, when we try to expand them, by using trypsin to detach cells, they do not re-adhere to flasks, also if using coated surfaces.

Do anyone have any suggestion/experience on this?????

Thanks
