I  am producing monoclonal antibody in HEK293 cells and purifying the supernatant using G resin. the purification involves adding 0.1M Glycine pH= 3 and centrifugation for 1 minute. i do this step more than 12 times. doing gel electrophoresis and western blot confirms that the majority of my antibody is still attached to the resin. is there a simple method that i can elute all of my antibody from the resin?
