Is there a list of educational journals in the humanities and education, classified and free for publication?
For Middle Eastern countries, especially North African countries, including Egypt, international publishing is considered a very difficult matter, especially in Journals that ask for publishing fees in dollars or euros, as this has become (almost impossible) even if you have money, you will not be able to transfer it outside the country.
Is there a list of classified journals that provide free publishing services in the disciplines of education, humanities, or social studies? Please help and assist anyone who has any information.
