Vipul Batra i want to do expression analysis of some miRNAs and poly A tailing is required for cDNA synthesis.

In that case you would need poly(A) polymerase apart from reverse transcriptase . Rather go for a kit based method such as miScript or microscript etc according to your downstream application (high throughput or low throughput expression anlayses)
