I am interested in knowing the expression of a7nAchR on micoglial cells in the brain, however I am unable to find good literature/figure showing expression of a7nAchR on micoglial cells in brain of wild type mouse by IHC and flowcytometry. Is there any such paper present on internet? It would be very helpful if someone can share this information with me.

We have done a series of experimentation as a pilot study on the features and function of this subunit of the acetylcholine receptor (Alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors) in hippocampal neurons. Our study has not yet been finalized but primary results support the role of this subunit in rapid activation and desensitization.
