I'm working on melanoma tumour.

Actually I'm using B16F10 and B16F1 cell lines but I'm having some doubts.

Regarding the in vitro part of my project, I have some problem with the myelinizaiton of B16F10 line..I'm using DMEM media (euroclone; w/o L-glutamine and with Na pyruvate) supplemented with 10%FBS, 4mM L-Glutamine and 1% P/S but they still white even after thawing...you know which might be the problem?

The second doubt is: can I inject these cells intramuscularly? I see that in this way there is no difference regarding melanin production between the two cell lines.

Do you have some suggestion?
