Danila:  I have not done cultures of your specified cells, but can offer some general advice.  I'd culture the separated cells in their respective media, but will use DMEM/F12 + egf fgf and igf+b27 in experiments for both even the cd133- does not need the supplements.  Cisplatin addition is the same principle.

Fetal normal hepatocyte Hc (miture of several Americans) is cultured in DMEM、20％FCS、＋biotin （5　μg/mL）、＋ 4mM　Q（Gln; Glutamine）, ＋PG、SM, ＋Amphotericin B （x100；2.5　μg/mL;　2.05　μg/mL Deoxycholic acid）.   This same medium has been similarly used for American hepatoma HepG2 (15y, male, Caucasoid).

Japanese hepatoblastoma HuH-6 has further required 35% FCS, and Japanese hepatoma has further required 50 μg/mL of lipoic acid.

Then, the racial difference seems to be more important.  

By the way, my collaborator Dr. Claudio De Felice (Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Senese, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Siena, Italy) has been the first to indicate the race differences occur in human biotinidase metabolism (please see file; Race BIN urine).   The race differences in culture cells also have been observed on fucan effect on human urinary-bladder-cancer cells; i.e., T24（Swedish; Caucasoid; female; 82y） and 5637（American, Caucasoid; male; 68y） have shown no effect, but JMSU1（Japanese, Mongoloid, male, 75y） has shown a growth-retardation effect at high concentrations (higher than 150 μg/mL) of fucan (our unpublished observation).   About 1 g (dry weight) of Okinawa-Mozuku containing fucan is necessary to cure the Japanese urinary-bladder-cancer.   The effect of Noto-Mozuku on the Japanese urinary-bladder-cancer has not yet been assessed due to the miserable research-fund problemn.   However, the Noto-Mozuku (fucoidan) has fortunately been effective onto American hepatocellular-carcinoma (HCC) cells of HepG2 (15y, male, Caucasoid), Japanese HCC cells of HuH-7 (57y, male, Mongoloid), and HCC of SD rat (please see file; Rat DEN Np-Fucoi); i.e., fucoidan is effective to HCC irrespective of the race difference.     

Moreover, CD antigens seem not to link to diseases or cancer (please see file; HepG2 fucoidan).

Healthy serum has as follows; i.e., 33y, healthy male has T-cell surface glycoprotein CD1d at 6.6, healthy 4mo boy has Integrin beta-1/CD29 at 6.2, and GSD1b patient (healthy by biotin therapy) has Integrin alpha-4/CD49d at 11.2 μg/mg of serum protein, respectively.   Other 10 serum has no CDs. 

Fetal hepatocyte Hc has Early activation antigen CD69 at 7.8 μg/mg of cell protein.   Hepatoma HepG2 (without fucoidan) has CD5 antigen-like at 1.3, and HepG2 (cured by fucoidan) has Integrincured  alpha-2/CD49b at 4.1, Integrin alpha-IIb/CD41 at 1.5, and Monocyte differentiation antigen CD14 at 0.96 μg/mg of cell protein, respectively. 

Liver of pseudo-liver cancer (non-cancer; who has survived) has CD44 antigen/Hyaluronate receptor/GP90 lymphocyte homing/adhesion receptor at 1.5, Integrin alpha-E/HML-1 antigen/CD103 at 0.16, Lymphocyte function-associated antigen 3/Antigen CD58 at 0.64, and T-cell surface glycoprotein CD8 alpha chain at 0.64 μg/mg of tissue protein, respectively.

LC tissue (with leprosy; who has died) has T-cell surface glycoprotein CD8 beta chain/CD8b at 2.1 μg/mg of tissue protein.

HCC tissue (with PBC; who has died) has CD40 ligand/T cell antigen GP39/TNF-related activation protein at 3.2 μg/mg of tissue protein and Integrin alpha-V/CD51/Vitronectin receptor alpha subunit at 18.1 μg/mg of tissue protein.

LC tissue (No.6; who has survived) has Vitronectin receptor alpha subunit/CD51 at 0.38 μg/mg of tissue protein , and

HCC tissue (No. 6) has Fibronectin receptor beta subunit/Integrin beta-1/CD29 at 0.09, Leukocyte common antigen/Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C/CD45/L-CA at 3.6, and Platelet membrane glycoprotein IIIA/CD61/Integrin beta-3 at 6.1 μg/mg of tissue protein, respectively.
