I have found a few calculation prediction models for NOx and Soot(Carbon monoxide CO) formations that are applicable in my research. However, I have not similar models for prediction of emissions after implementation of a three-way catalyst and NOx reduction, all I have found were experimental results. Is there a numerical method to obtain this?
I have attached 2 publications I have obtained from this site which i am using to obtain these values, with the Temperature obtained from the results of a combustion sector simulation of ANSYS Internal Combustion.
Perhaps yes, but you should still calibrate it with experimental data and verify it with experimental data for a given case.
In cases where the system studied is a complex non-linear dynamic system which is difficult to describe analytically, while experiment can be readily carried out at a reasonable cost, experiment may be a faster, cheaper mean to get to the answer.

There are various models for different emission species (e.g. soot, NOx etc) developed from various researchers. For example, for soot itself, there are simple model, phenomenological model and detailed-kinetic model. So I think it's quite important to decide which model to use. And of course, validation through experimental data is still essential.
