A biacore 3000 error code show up, any way to remove the error code?

A error code related to biacore 3000 autosampler showed up after I ran a new template and the needle was inserted into wrong position while filling sample. The needle still works fine during priming, but do not end the work. Any suggestion on remove the error code? Reinstall control software?
