Hi all.

I would like to start a small discussion about something that I am real curious about.

since there is FSI ( Fluid structure Interaction) I wounder if Software like ANSYS give a chance to make a numerical study on magnetic field impact on structures or the interaction between structure and magnets?

feel free to suggest any paper or article or any idea's you have in this direction.

Hi Mohamed,

The answer is Yes Ansys can deal with magnetism. However, I see that u are working on a dynamic problem so u need to take special care of the computational time and I assume that the magnetism effect in your case is acting as a damper so you may use combine element instead.
