I am using monoclonal lyophilized antibodies for a microfluidic chip which I would like to be stored at room temperature. What are the easiest methods to reactivate these antibodies for agglutination; is deionized water enough?
your lyophilized antibody probably have salt in "the powder" and in that case you can use deionized water. If the powder does not dissolve readily you can still add some buffer (e.g. 1/10 vol of PBS).
Not sure about what you want to tell us with the information about the microfluidic chip and agglutination assay, so if this is important please specify.
