Lucy 2.0 Question - How do I cut low-quality ends off Sanger reads?

I have tried playing with the settings, changing values for Error (Average, ends) and bracket window - as the software suggests - and I can't get the settings right to remove strings of bases (say 5-10 in length) with a Q value below 30.

Any help with lucy 2.0, or if anyone can suggest an alternative trimming software, would be appreciated!
