Scientists have been warning since the 1980s that strong policies were needed to limit emissions. Various countries and international community are with efforts to cope with the situation. But I don't think there is any decrease in carbon emissions. Similarly deforestation is also on its way toward increase. Till now we have no concrete policy to be adopted for climate change. Question arises, why to be hopeful about any positive change?

Both issues are very serious and need due attention and the required effort to control these phenomena. I am agree with Dr Nafees Mohammad that no concrete policy has been adopted to fight against these serious problems.

Climate change in the coming decades - even if global warming remains below 2 ° C - will adversely affect animal and plant species worldwide. If the world adopts the "normal" approach, we will see a rise of 4.5 degrees Celsius, which can lead to the death of many species.
The most important thing the world can do is to keep global temperatures to a minimum by doing everything possible to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere. Simply put, we must stop burning fossil fuels.
Until big business begins to suffer the consequence of climate change, we will have no hope of reversing it in the near future.
I think the American environmental lawyer and advocate James Gustave Speth pointed it correctly:
More damage is caused by the wars between countries.That should be stopped.
Let us hope for the best. Ozone depletion has been considerably checked.
One has to look into both aspects of development to build infrastructure and improve quality of life of human being and climate change.

I would be hopeful if the signs of world politics show a common will to want to change something, even if it causes costs. But I do not see this will at the moment, the United States is a striking example. It must also be borne in mind that everything we do now to stop negative climate change will only have a demonstrable impact in several decades to come. This is a fatal situation.
Wse can do : 1-show politicians the scientific data. 2- publish the data and the name of politicians that received them- 3- try to be candidate of some party and present projects 4r-i Participate in N.G .O ( or be part of one of them in your city, province etc
Stricter sanctions must be imposed on culprits of the environment, especially those who illegally cut down trees as well as companies that do not have proper strategies in reducing and/or managing their carbon emissions.
We need something stricter than just 'the polluter pay system' which gives the wealthy the platform to trade nature as if it was just a commodity! Our policies must allow for swift prosecution of culprits who defile the environment, both the poor and the rich!
Maybe it is time to let scientists govern the planet and stop stupid wars and destruction by politicians
Nature has its own in- built mechanisms for monitoring and regulating the harms which humans have inflicted on her. However, the restoration process has its own constraints. As a case in point, if the earth's temperature is risen by another two degrees centigrade, the nature's self regulatory mechanisms lose their efficiency. As such, human intervention fails ,because at a certain level, nature will not respond to intervention measures. Man's insatiable greed for exploiting the earth has exceeded the safe limits. With America leaving the climate change deal, and with man's selfish , apathetic ways of using natural resources blatantly, there remains a very dim hope for saving the environment. Let us all pray for the return of a spiritual approach wherein human competition is replaced by cooperation because without it the frightening rate of environmental destruction cannot be slackened.
I have no such great ideas like the above experts regarding climate change, but it's the changes In the condition of water and air affecting our land (soil).the effect is popular among the nations of the world as global warming.suppose if this planet Is a room having Air Condition, which temperature is cool with out human intervention. But in case if one human intervene then there will be a little warm and still enough cool. But as we increase the number of people, then the temperature of the room will become warmth as compare to the presence of the one person.as we increase the number of humans the room gets heat up and the temperature change. So here the human beings are the source of heat. Just like that the different types of gases when releases to the atmosphere may heat up the environment locally every where in the globe.and this local changes then becomes global changes like flood and drought. Yes we can reverse the changes if we measure the industrial
gaseous emissions then we can control this changes by aforestration. If one mature tree can provide oxegen to 4 humans beings then why not 1.75 billion tree can provide to 7 billion population of the world. Keeping in view the number of trees for human survival we can plant for the controlling of industrial emissions as well. By planting the trees we can cope to sink the emitted measured value of carbon for the rest of our life. Because when the production of oxygen or source of oxygen more available then the emission of carbon then we combat the global warming until a huge natural disaster like big bang or anthropogenic like atomic war happens.
