We are a small biotech company in Rockville MD that is developing non-toxic storage solutions for blood cells and platelets. We have promising preliminary data indicating that we can preserve red cells for 2-3 months at 4oC and platelets for 10 days at 25oC. We are looking to collaborate with researchers that have access to hematology analyzers and equipment to verify and expand on those studies. Additional studies related to blood transfusion and safety are welcome.
