Long ssDNA(~4000bp) purification problem?

Does anyone have experience in ssDNA purification? I would need some very long ssDNA like 4000bp. But I realised that it's extreamly difficult to get high yield with the use of dsDNA purification kit. It would be great if you can give me some suggestions.
