hello

i was reading this paper

http://www.cell.com/trends/biotechnology/abstract/S0167-7799(15)00088-8 and they used the cas9 protein and guide RNA without use of plasmid.

is it possible to call it non-genetically modified organism in case of no use of plasmid?

is it possible to apply same Principe to live modified organism by using just the cas9 protein and the guide RNA? or not?

and other question: what is the exact definition of LMO (live modified organism)? or there is an official definition for LMO?
