I was just trying to work on insulin effect on lipolysis in 3T3L1 differentiated adipocytes.

But not able to get the expected response i.e, low amount of Glycerol at higher insulin conc and higher glycerol at lower insulin conc released into assay media (KRPH Buffer with BSA).

Suggest any procedure for estimation of glycerol in response to insulin.
