I've received 10 days ago a KU812 cell line and they're not growing(viability: 45 %, cell number: 1x10^5 cells/ml).
I did media change only.
They're being cultivated with RPMI 10% FBS and still not responding.
Is it normal? Or My cell have problem?

Starring with the obvious one that your cell viability is low. I know people use that same media + 2 mM Glutamine which you can use (check your media has it already). But the thing i don't see these reasons become the major issue. I think you can wait a couple more days and just replace it with a trusted vendor like ATCC. If you order from there remember to buy their media as well since it is guaranteed that will work.

cells need time to reach log phase, perhaps you need 3 weeks. (now your cells' viability is not worrying) keep your cell culture stable for another one week and if it's not to change then subculture your cell line into two flasks or roller bottles and increase FBS to 15% for one of them. (it's better to have a source as a backup).
your cells may have a lot of stress during transport, which will delay the arrival of the cells to the normal doubling time.

cells grow very slowly; seed out at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml; after thawing, cells may have a lag phase of 1-2 weeks before reassuming vigorous growth; then, maintain at 0.4-0.8 x 106 cells/ml; split 1:2 every 3-4 days; viability may not exceed 80%
