Good day everyone. I want to obtain the state space representation and check the stability, observability & controllability for the suggested system. I hope to mathematically model the system and based on the simulated results design an observer or controller for the system.
Being relatively new to the field, I would be glad to hear your opinions/suggestions and criticism. My first aim is to identify such a system which I can use to perform my simulations and consequently to design a controller or observor for it.

Inverted pendulum system is the best example to study the functioning of state feedback controller and observer. Refer the book Modern control system by Ogata.
