Kindly suggest a protocol for conjugating therapeutic enzymes with silver nanoparticles formed by chemical reduction method?

i am trying to conjugate an anticancer enzyme with silver nanoparticles which i intend to prepare using chemical reduction method or by using polysaccharides / polymers as capping/ reducing agents.
