Keyence all-in-one fluorescence microscope BZ-X800E

My college is considering to buy a Keyence all-in-one fluorescence microscope (BZ-X800E). We never used microscopes from Keyence before. I greatly appreciate if anyone that have used this scope could provide some feedback on this microscope. What are the pros and cons of the scope? Does Keyence provide good customer support?
