Kan anyone suggest a methodology for analysing alpha 1,3 glucans?

Hello I am working on alpha 1,3 glucans which is of homopolymer with alpha 1,6 side chains. For this I need to know the % alpha 1,3 and alpha 1,6 linkage analysis. Kindly suggest the methodology for analyzing?
