Dear Colleagues,
How would you approach a situation when an editor sends you a rude and scientifically incorrect, only feeling-based review and refuses to examine it further?
This concerns an only local journal with impact factor, therefore leaving the journal from my potential platforms comes as the last option. Is there any institute authors can appeal to?

Martin Rusek I understand your frustration, this unfortunately happens, and I failed to understand why, I haven't heard about an appeal policy, this doesn't seem to exist on most of the journals; however, I may suggest that you reply to that email and tell the editor about what you think.
Dear Martin - Unfortunately, there is fairly limited options for recourse, especially if this is a local journal (i.e. without affiliation with a broader publisher). Please keep in mind, there is always the possibility for miscommunication (and/or misinterpretation) via email. Just brainstorming out loud: would be it be worth asking a colleague or friend for a fresh look at the email chain to see if there could be miscommunication? Alternatively, you could try to steer the conversation back to common ground. Hope this helps! Best regards,

Martin, you can send the communication track to members of the editorial board that they might help you solve your problem.
Thank you, gentlemen! I have to add I decided to ask around after receiving three similar reviews on three different papers.
I also sarted a threat on Facebook just benerally asking about other fellow researchers’ opinions and experience. There werr three other redearchers who shared my disgust with this journal’s behaviour.
