I tried to use https://journalfinder.elsevier.com/ , but the answers were not very suitable. I agree with Thaer Thaher , It is best to use Scopus web site/ resources and find your answer there.
All these three systems have deployed approximately similar technique to suggest appropriate journals. In other words, they compare the similarities of the text you input (abstract, title) with the corpora documents (text from previous articles) they have to determine the most matching journal. The journal corresponding to the highest similarity score will be suggested as the most appropriate one. However, the similarity algorithms used in them may vary from one to another and their performance depends on this. The first one you have given will suggest appropriate journals published only by Elsevier. The second one will suggest only from the journals published by Springer. The third one, I think it is not limited to a single publisher. You will be able to filter your results (e.g. only open access) further using any of these tools. However, all these tools are based on textual similarities.
