I have used the abcam total oxphos complex antibody cocktail http://www.abcam.com/total-oxphos-human-wb-antibody-cocktail-ab110411.html

I have seen results the same as http://www.abcam.com/hela-mitochondrial-dna-depletion-cell-lysate-set-ethidium-bromide-treated-and-vehicle-treated-ab154479.html.

As far as I am aware rho-zero cells do not require non essential amino acids implying that they still generate amino acids from the transmination of keto acids, implying a full TCA cycle, how is the full TCA cycle possible without expression of this subunit of succinate dehydrogenase?
