My samples are exosomes isolated from human plasma and I'm analysing some proteins by Western Blot. I need a loading control so I can quantify these proteins expression among the different groups. Does anyone know a proper loading control for plasma exosomes?

those proteins are used to quantify exosomes. On my thoughts it is totally independent of the cells origin, but you may have different intensity of protein expression linked to the cell origin

Alternative methods for you.
There is a total protein normalization procedure with ponceau staining. Look for the question in research gate: Can Ponceau staining of membranes be used as a loading control ?
Also, if you have money and the equipaments, try stain free normalization. Article: Stain Free Total Protein Staining is a Superior Loading Control to β-Actin for Western Blots.
