Why does my bands look smeared on WB?

I'm trying to quantify by WB some proteins from plasma exosomes but I'm not finding a proper loading control. Does anyone know wich protein can I use?

My samples are exosomes isolated from human plasma and I'm analysing some proteins by Western Blot. I need a loading control so I can quantify these proteins expression among the different groups....
