Looks like you have plenty of protein, so try coomassie-staining the gel to confirm that the problem is in the gel and not the transfer.

Since your marker lane is also messed up, the best guess here is either that the gel was badly cast (e.g. not fully polymerised), or that it got too hot and melted while running.

Thank you, Benedikt! My guess is that my gel was not fully polimerized because I’m not sure if I waited time enough today. I’ll try again. Hope it won’t be like this again!

I don't think the problem is necessarily the polymerization of the gel. The marker kind of resolved well and doesn't look as smeared as the other bands, I think the problem was in the run, perhaps you ran your gel at a higher voltage and the gel somehow melted. I usually run at 120V which is good enough! As someone mentioned above, stain your gel to make sure the run was ok. Also your buffer in the inner chamber was new or used? You know this is important as well!
