I tired the SBI cumate system and have not been successful thus far.
why not trying the Life technologies system? it's quite robust, and in my hands it has worked...also their customer support is very good....any problems and they helped a lot

Hi Goldi, yes, we haven't yet published it, but it worked....first it is important that your inducible system is ok, and the Tet-On from lifetech is ok (very small leakage from the promoter) and second you need to be sure that your siRNA is good...it is tricky I know but it works
Thank you, but the companies are not willing to sale siRNA lentivector systems for miRNA expression purposes.
I just spoke with a Life Tech rep. I could use their system-a repression based system- but because the miRNA I work with kills the cells, my experience shows that it will not work. I need an activation based system.
