I've just started piloting my survey 1 using a delphi technique. Below are brief details of my study:
Type of delphi: A two round modified delphi study
(i) The open-ended question is skipped because
there is a well-defined literature on the topic.
Objective: To refine survey consist of 87 items using the 5-point
Likert Scale from the least important to the most
important leadership attributes.
Data analysis: Descriptive analysis (Median, Mode and Std. deviation)
Sampling: Purposive sampling ( 2 participants)
Expected Findings: To have a refined survey questionnaire that will
be the basis to two surveys that will be piloted.
Then, the finalised surveys will be distributed to
the generalised sampling.

I am sending you my suggestions:
Prepare for the experts an executive report with a summary of the purpose of the study, profile of the experts who answered the two rounds, affiliation, country of origin, maximum academic degree, as well as the results of priority, non-priority items and under discussion in each one of the two rounds.
At a statistical level it, is normal to work with Median, Mode and Std. Deviation, but I recommend reviewing new analysis elements such as number of justifications or comments between rounds, coefficients to quantify the competence or degree of expertise of the participants, the wilcoxon ranked pairs test , the k means, kolmogorov-smirnov test and the Mann-Whitney U-test, I'm just working on a new paper on these techniques.
I also suggest that you review papers on the appropriate number of experts in a modified delphi.
