I'm trying to get my hands on the plasmid pFLP2 for recombineering purposes. Does anyone out there have some they'd be willing to send? Or know of a lab that does? Thanks in advance.
I think this group should have this plasmid (if the lab still keeps it). They used it in 2009 for the paper. See attached documents.
Hi Dr. Graham,
If you're still looking, we have pFLP2 in our lab that we might be able to see about sending you
Hi Dr. Kilmury, I was wondering if you still had the pFLP2 in your lab. Thank you.
I've been curious about how exactly HEA's are manufactured. Are they predominately cast? Printed with additive manufacturing?
