I'm trying to get my hands on the plasmid pFLP2 for recombineering purposes. Does anyone out there have some they'd be willing to send? Or know of a lab that does? Thanks in advance.
I think this group should have this plasmid (if the lab still keeps it). They used it in 2009 for the paper. See attached documents.
Hi Dr. Graham,
If you're still looking, we have pFLP2 in our lab that we might be able to see about sending you
Hi Dr. Kilmury, I was wondering if you still had the pFLP2 in your lab. Thank you.
My case has been under treatment now for 3 years with little response. Now considering euthanasia. Last ditch is Cisplatin for dilution in iv infusion (100ml/ml in saline and mannitol). What can I...

Does anyone remember how to take a FISH image with Metasystems Isis software and then take another at a different focal plane and combine them? I used to do this but now can't remember! Thanks
