I have to develop a method that can be good enough to run dozens of samples that include urea as the main compound. I prefer an HPLC method because of the convenience of running large numbers of samples. and since I have reversed-phase column in the lab I thought to start with that.
So, does anyone tried or have a reversed-phase HPLC method for Urea quantification?

The method presented, therein, is our more recently published own-authored contribution (to me and my co-author's one according to the shown authorship) to the quantitative mass spectrometry, which shows a capability of exact quantification of analytes in mixtures. Our method has been testes, so far, on mixtures at pg.(mL)-1 and ng.(L)-1 concentration levels, showing coefficients of linear correlations between our innovative model formulas and the experiment /r/ = 0.99997-1.
Urea is highly hydrophilic, hence regular reversed phase analysis will not be possible.
