Dear all,
I am using the Qiagen company's miCURY LNA RT KIT (339340) kit for RT PCR for conversion of RNA into cDNA, and also using miCURY LNA SYBR Green PCR Kit (339345) for qPCR. However, I am not getting amplification. I am following their protocol. However, I am not able to get amplification even for my Synthetic RNA which is my positive control. I am following the Kit's protocol but still couldn't get results. I even changed the targets and used few more targets as well but still couldn't get the results. My primer sequences are also correct.
Is there anyone who has used these kits??? Please help me in this regard so that I can get my desired amplification results.
We also faced such a problems during our research work but then we found that some of the master mix content were seems to be expired. Then we return it to the company. They also made some lame excuses but fact was clear.
