Can I use multiple post-hoc analyses in same research?

I have two different types of treatments models but both are part of same research. One uses Two-Way ANOVA and is expanded into 10x5 treatments (10 Treatments and 5 Storages) and other is One-Way and only has 5 Treatments (No Storage). Can I use Tukey test for Two-Way and LSD for One Way-ANOVA? The LSD seems to create better significance between treatments as compared to Tukey Test.
