Two lines of reasoning suggest that the claim is exceedingly unlikely, or at best, overrated.

Firstly, not all ‘cancer drivers’ are targetable. As an example, many loss-of-function mutations are inherently difficult to target (you cannot ‘target’ the absence of an onco-suppressor genes). Even if there therapy could work, I strongly suspect that it would not be effective in all patients.

Secondly, we can extrapolate from the historic past: Basically everyone who have ever claimed to have a cure for cancer -without an actually clinical trial to back up the claim- have failed to deliver on their claim. Even the new immune checkpoint blockers (which have been shown in clinical trials to be effective) is only effective in some patients (typically in cancer with a high mutation load) and the results are most often temporary. Why should we expect these guys can really pull a kangaroo out of the hat?

Therapeutic peptides are a novel and promising approach for the development of anti-cancer agents [23, 26]. Boohaker et al. [21] has classified existing therapeutic peptides for the treatment of cancer into three main groups: (a) antimicrobial/pore forming peptides, (b) cell-permeable peptides and (c) tumour targeting peptides.

The third group of peptides are the tumour-targeting peptides (TTPs). These peptides target markers such as receptors expressed on the tumour cell membrane [21]. RGD contains the sequence Arg-Gly-Asp which recognises and binds to integrin ανβ3 and ανβ5 [54] expressed on the membrane of lung cancer [55], melanoma [56], brain tumours [57], ovarian carcinoma [58] and breast cancer cells [59]. This peptide (RGD) could be used as a drug delivery system due to its ability to be internalised into the cell [60]. Xiong et al. [61] fused the RGD peptide onto the surface of sterically stabilised liposomes (SSL) (a modified liposome with hydrophobic polymer (PEG) on its membrane [62]) loaded with doxorubicin. As a result, RGD-SSL-Dox enhanced doxorubicin’s efficacy against murine B16-F10 and human A375 melanoma cells grown in vitro as well as B16-F10 tumours grown in vivo in mice [61].

Another TTP peptide is NGR, which contains a Asn-Gly-Arg sequence. NGR binds to aminopeptidase N (APN) (also known as CD13) which is highly expressed by endothelial tumour cells such as scirrhous gastric cancer [63], pancreatic cancer [64] and non-small cell lung carcinoma [65]. Chen et al. [66] fused NGR peptides to PEGylated LPD (liposome-polycation-DNA) nanoparticles for the intracellular delivery of either c-myc siRNA and/or doxorubicin in HT-1080 human fibrosarcoma cell xenografts. The c-myc siRNA inhibited the expression of the c-myc protein and induced apoptosis in HT-1080 cells grown both in vitro and in vivo [66]. I follow the one and the other thing on the 2-speed World that is going on in the Western World (not even speaking of the third world), especially in the USA.

When reading between the lines, it appears that the Elite in the USA already have a cancer treatment since a number of years.

It is not public.

When reading more between the lines, it seems that the treatment would be electromagnetic: by using a certain frequency and amplitude on the body, it is possible to activate the self-destruction of cancer cells.
