Isolates of Hymenoscyphus fraxineus?

I am looking for isolates of Hymenoscyphus fraxineus, the causal agent of ash dieback in Europe, from its native range in Eastern Russia, China and Korea.

Can anyone help me? If not with isolates, with a good contact in one of those countries?
