I will attach some links related to obtaining high-resolution data as well as relatively good resolution data. You can take a look at them, but please note that some high-resolution data with 10-meter accuracy have time limitations, while data with 300-meter resolution can be obtained for earlier dates, i.e., from 1992 onwards.
