Is WGA staining remained after subculture?

Hi. I've been used Di-dye for membrane staining, and now I am considering WGA(Wheat Germ Agglutinin)-AF conjugate looking forward to better staining.

Because I want to mix cells of 2 color, I want to know whether WGA staining is remained after subculture.

If you have any experience, I would appreciate your advice.

Hi Bu Gayun Lectin surface staining doesn't usually work well with live cells because the lectins are endocytosed and degraded. Probably better off directly labeling cell surface proteins with dye-NHS.
