After doing bacterial genomic DNA isolation, I continue using the DNAs obtained for further 16S rRNA PCR. However, after reviewing the result, I notice there's a super faint band appearing in the NTC lane (it can be seen better if you increase the contrast). I am worried that these results may not be proper to be sent for sequencing. Can anyone tell me if I better try doing the PCR all over or is this result is fine to be sent for sequencing?
