Dear Colleagues,
I was again visited by an online journal unknown to me (https://www.techniumscience.com/).
I immediately checked them on the list of predatory journals, yet did not find them under their current name.
They offered me a chance to publish with them, also offering a discount to do so by paying 50 euros instead of 100. Do you think this is yet another predatory journal or a reliable, yet not free-of-charge one?

I doubled checked on our University’s acceptable index lists (attached), and the journal is not indexed on any of these lists, so I suggest that you steer clear of this journal and rather consider other journals that do appear on one or more of the index lists.
The attached lists include the Scopus, WoS, IBSS, Norwegian, SciELO, and DHET indices. Any journal appearing in one or more of these index lists is not predatory! So you could suggest that use these index lists to search and target other journals applicable to your field for future submissions.

Damn, I hate these predatory journals! I just wish to publish my articles in internationally recognized English journals for the world to read and not to stuff these robbers' pockets full with my hard-earned money!
