Hi, I am interested in the polysaccharide composition of wheat and oat bran. I assume that cellulose, arabinoxylans, mixed-linkage glucans and possibly some starch will be present, because these are cereals. I also guess that there may be associated proteins and phenolic compounds. Does anyone know of any research that has been published which gives this sort of data, and if so, do they give tables with percentages?
