I am finding long noncoding RNA and mRNA related specific to mouse testis. If anyone knows very well about the biomarkers like Insulin-like factor 3 (INSL3) which is specific to testis, please let me know.
One of the testis' long non-coding RNAs is BC1 RNAs (for rodents and BC200 for primates). These RNAs express only in neurons, germ cells and cancer cells.
