Hi everybody. I wonder if there is someone here that has successfully worked with TEM grids sold by Electron Microscopy Sciences for the analysis of extracellular vesicles (microvesicles and exosomes). I'm asking for this specific brand/manufacturer because I'm able to purchase from them from my country (Panama) and I understand they specialize in electron microscopy products. I want to know if the grids they sell are already glow-discharged and ready for their use in the analysis without any pre-treatment. They sell many types of grids so I also need some guidance on which of them are appropriate for the analysis of EVs. By the way, I'd like to perform immunogold labeling (IEM), double if possible.

I used grids sold by TEM for EVs and also inmunogold labelling.
I ordered Nikes grids to Electron Microscopy Sciences (https://www.emsdiasum.com/microscopy/products/grids/gilder.aspx).
These brand is specialise in Electron Microscopy and it was the brand that also the microscopy core facility use ( University of Granada, Spain).
