I am looking for sombody in US who use a chiral prep column to separate a synthesis racemic H-tetrazol compound? I will send him the synthetic materials and the successful separation conditions using anlytical LUX Amylose (phenomenex cloumn) with normal phase.
So , anybody has prep chiral column if Amylose will be great?
Since you used a Phenom column, and already developed the chiral analytical HPLC method, why not send them your HPLC method and sample for a quote to see what they charge to run a loadability test, then scale-up for fractionation. The most time consuming part is in developing a chiral method that is appropriate for PREP use. The columns, esp prep are expensive, as is the time to do all of the work. Contract it out.

i ask them . they just run analytical test and tell you what chiral column should purchase, but they don't do prep purification. and you know the prep is so expensive for just small a mount with just one experiment work.
so That why I am looking for collaboration with person aIready have it .
