I have set up a qPCR run on MxPro with SYBR green and ROX as a reference, however, when I go to the analysis section the program seems to only collect data for the dissociation curves and not the amplification curves. If I export the files into an excel sheet to obtain CT values, instead of values, all columns for SYBR say 'baseline reference not found'. Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a way to obtain the amplification data from the dissociation curves?

you can tell the positive and negative from the dissociation curve, but cannot get the CT from it. I think you might forget to add the reading step for the applification.
