Is there any way to import geometry and mesh from ANSYS to LS-Dyna? I think it might work to make a APDL macro, but it is not easy. So I would like to find other possible options.

In Hypermesh you can import a .cdb file, in the Tools menù, convert the .cdb from Ansys to Nastran .bdf file, save as .bdf. Finally, import in Ls-Prepost the .bdf file.

Yes you can, open your geometry in geometry and mesh model from component systems, from there after performing the mesh select (file>export) and select where you want to save the file. Mesh file format will be ".meshdat"

If you can take it to Hypermesh, you can directly export it in LSDyna Keyword format.
