I have observed that some scientific journals are publishing data pertaining to study conducted during 2010-11 or 2014-15 in the year 2020. Therefore, want to know that is there any time period to publish research data in a scientific journal after conducting study? Comments on this shall be highly appreciated.

For the results of recent research, it mainly depends on the specifics and standards of the editorial and publishing process of the editorial office of a given scientific journal and / or publishing monographs, including the time of this process, etc. If the research was carried out some time ago, whether the results are still valid it depends on the specifics of a scientific discipline, the pace of problem development and key topics of a specific field of knowledge and science; technological progress in the field of research methods; whether in the period since the research was conducted, other similar studies were conducted on a similar topic in other research centers; have the prevailing standards in the methodology of research on a specific topic changed, etc.

Dear I is best to publish paper immediately you finish the work to help solve the problem it was aimed to solve by the end users.
Manoj - there is a general 'rule of thumb' that data that is more than 5-years old tends to be out of date - but that is subjective and would depend on the discipline etc. Where that rule does apply - I would argue that shoudl include the time to publish - so anyone 'sitting' on data that is more than around 3.5 years old should probably consider if they have 'missed the boat.
You can still publish your data up to 3-5 years after collecting it. Later, it might be considered outdated.
