Is there any steel eutectoid composition shift formula/chart with alloying?

Schaeffer diagram is a satisfactory method to predict stable and metastable phase of a steel with a given composition. Critical temperature (a3 and a1) variation with alloying is also provided in ASM handbook. I have nowhere found steel eutectoid composition equation with alloying (I have indeed found chart about effect of individual alloying elements on eutectoid composition of steel, but not in equation form.

Can anyone please provide a suitable reference? The formula must include effect of C, Si, Mn,P, S, Cr, Ni, W,

You can use Thermo-Calc analysis (TCFE 9 database) to study the significant consequence of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, W alloying on the steel. The Isopleth equilibrium phase diagrams for the chemical composition with different alloying of the eutectoid steel could be constructed by Thermo-Calc analysis (TCFE 9 database). Consequently, the effect of the alloying elements could be predicted. Moreover, the effect of the cooling rate could be illustrated using Thermo-Calc analysis (TCFE 9 database).
