I'm identifying my Streptomyces isolates at the specie level. I already performed all the phenotype / chemotaxonomic tests, and constructed a phylogenetic tree. However, I didn't find the phenotypic/chemotax information of some of the closest type strains. I've tried to find on literature, including Bergey's.
I need these data to know if an isolate is a new specie.

To my knowledge, there is no phenotype database for Streptomyces or other bacteria. To find the phenotypic and chemotaxonomic informations of the closest species, you might want to check out the original paper where this last was described for the first time.
Good lack
Streptomyces has too many species. It is difficult to build the phenotype database. The best way for identifying species, in my opinion, is using molecular ways.
